The check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean. While the hotel was full of guests, the rooms were quiet. We could not hear any road noise even though we were on a main road. The beds were comfortable and the three fluffy pillows were a nice touch. Nice options for the daily breakfast. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful. The hot water in the shower was available immediately.

Proximity to the hospital I was going to. Easy on and off of expressway. Beds were supportive and very comfortable. No strange odors in the room.

Beds were low enough that I could easily get into them, very quiet, staff was friendly.

The staff was super friendly and very, very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better staff. The room was clean and in order. Everything was as it should be. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was able to sleep peacefully!

at the grand blanc location Ashley was working front counter. she's such a friendly person. very down to earth and easy to chat with. we are pretty low maintenance and don't need much but extra towels and a toothbrush lol I had both items in a matter of a couple mins. she gave excellent service. I think she deserves a raise. ❤❤❤thank you Ashley . great location also😊

We’ve stayed here many times when it was a Comfort Inn. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Sabrina and the gentleman who worked the front desk at night. The pool was crystal clear.
